My 13 weeks is up next week. I'll then go into support group. When is the money owed backdated to?

Hi. I am currently on esa and my 13 weeks is up next week, I'll then go into the support group. The letter I received said that if I was owed any money it would be paid, does that mean the extra money between the assessment rate and support group rate will be backdated to the start of my claim? Its a bit confusing. Thank you.

    The extra money is only payable from the 14th week of the claim. The letter is a standard letter and in many cases a decision will be made later than 14 weeks in which case arrears would be due which is why the letter says you may be owed money.
