Hello all, my name is Jayne, I am 59 and suffered a severe stroke in Feb this year. It has greatly affected my mental health and I would be grateful to hears others experiences

    Thank you for sharing a little about your experiences. I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with your mental health recently. Is that something you're receiving any support for at the moment? 

    In what way would you say having a stroke has impacted your mental health?
