Hi guys
Needing some advice I am currently going through a limited capability component assessment It haven't been accepted at the moment I am going through the appeal stage to tribunal.
I have had a date come through to have my operation and its in a weeks time the recovery time on this is between 6 to 8 months I haven't updated my journal at the moment to inform them of this I am not sure if it will affect my appeal process and set it back months as this has been going on for over a year and a half. Or it will help my appeal just needs some advice on what it will do to my appeal and what I should do thanks

Any worsening of condition since the original assessment took place will not be taken into consideration. They will only look at how your condition was at the time the assessment took place.
