Has anyone been moved doctors without a warning or letter?

Hi all.... Can i ask if anyone has been moved drs without no warning or letter?
As im worried why this? Still 3weeks on awaiting letter.
Can anyone helo advise please

    Hiya jellyb

    Called my gp last monday to get a gp appointment!!?
    Then utter lost for words after the receptionist tells me ive been drs / surgery. And have had no warning or letter stating why.

    Very worried concerning. Surgery keep telling me when i call to ask for updates about this letter!!?
    Just keep saying it will come.!

    That does sound very worrying @Fibroangel, so I'm sorry this has happened. Do you have any contact details for the new surgery?
