Financial help for some carpets

You can try asking your local Authority if they have any grants, some of them used to have grants for things like this to help people on low income. It was a few years ago but my local Authority helped me with carpets and a fridge/freezer.

Other than that you can do a google search for your local area to see if anything comes up.
