    I was at some American friends for a Thanksgiving dinner this evening.  Very god company and very good food:
    .  Turkey
    .  Ham
    .  Mashed Potato 
    .  Sweet Potato mash (had a topping of pecan nuts etc)
    .  Sprouts with bacon lardons and Chestnuts. 
    .  German Slaw (Before anyone asks, I don't know what is German about it)

     Dessert 
    .  Pecan Pie (Mmmmmmm nice)
     .  Pumpkin /Chocolate Pie 

    It was very very nice, but I feel rather full now.  It was nice to be invited.
