Hi, my name is Snuggle62! I didn't realise I had to tell DWP about £25,000 from pension

@AndrewHall it wasn't a leading question
I was just sharing my own experience and wondering
if it was common practice for pension provider to inform their customers of potential risks to future benefits2 -
I had a similar issue with the DWP with them telling me that I had failed to report a change. I took them to a Tribunal recently and all I told the Judge was that I was unaware that I had to report a change. The DWP failed to provide any evidence that they had informed me. I won and the overpayment of Pension Credit (£500) was scrapped, I had nothing to repay. Just shows like Mike says, you have everything on your side.0

@Snuggle62 I'm sorry to hear you've been suffering with headaches, how are you feeling today?0
