Should the full amount plus extra payment for being in the support group be taken off Gip insurance?

I’m really looking for advice after a year of ESA income related , I was also receiving Gip insurance from work they removed the ESA amount from what I was given & was getting £150 a month from them
After the year Esa was taken off of me and my Gip went up to £450 a month, but after a health assessment I have now been placed back on it in but in the support group and is now contributions based and now will receive the higher rate . I need to know if the full amount including the extra payment for being in support group should be taken off of my Gip insurance? If so I will not benefit from having the Gip insurance
I can’t find hardly any details for the support group but from what I could find my understanding was it’s there a bit like pip payment and not effected by income.
Any details will really help

It depends on the terms of the insurance.0

Thank you , Do you know if if the contribution based ESA for support group is classed as an income or is it like pip ?I just feel I’m being given it in one place and then it’s taken off me in another and I’m always left struggling with money again0

            As calcotti has advised
You will need to check this because we won't be able to do that.calcotti said:It depends on the terms of the insurance.0 -
Hello @bell24 I just wanted to check in with you and ask how things have been since you posted in December? Did you manage to check the terms of the insurance?0
