Please can someone tell me what this means, I have waited over a year.. why doesn't it say I will now receive my payments .. I thus is the first letter I've received in my journal since my telephone assessment, it makes no sense to me and uc advisors haven't helped me either.
Will I get my payment in my next monthly uc and will I get my backpack for the past year?

The letter indicates that this was not your first assessment and that you were already getting the LCWRA element in your UC payments.
Is that not correct?0 -
No I've never been receiving it that's making me confused, this is the first ever letter I've received from them since my telephone assessment in August.0

In that case they have clearly sent you the wrong letter. These are all standard letters and someone has picked the wrong one.Manifestxox said:No I've never been receiving it that's making me confused, this is the first ever letter I've received from them since my telephone assessment in August.
Post a message in your journal, do it as a payments query:
I do not understand the letter you have posted in my journal which says I will continue to have LCWRA and my payments will remain the same. This is my first health assessment and I have not had LCWRA previously. If there has been a WCA decision please post the correct letter confirming the decision.0 -
Thankyou I will do this now as I've spoke to 2 people from uc and they haven't helped in the slightest.0
