Points swapped around and bits of my appeal refused by DWP

As advised a few times, when reporting a change in health condition it doesn't automatically mean you'll have a higher award. If you disagree you request the MR then Tribunal.

That I understand but if you have points for conditions how then can they say you don't even when appeal have proof and DWP do that's illogical? Why have appeals so the DWP can then say without question or appealing to the tribunal take away points? . Its not a question of getting higher points it's the opposite how can they say after proof and appeal can they then say you don't have any points for that as you don't have that problem when you have clearly shown you do that's silly and to me over rules the appeal ?0

The decision that was made by the Tribunal was your previous claim, this is a new claim where you reported a change of circumstances, it doesn't mean you'll get the same award again. We are just going round in circles here. All you can do is start the process again by requesting the MR. You should always get expert advice before reporting any changes, as advised.0

Sorry but I was just explaining. I don't know if DWP can take points away if appeal allowed it unless they did appeal that decision. As any appeal means that's the judges decision. I never applied for a different application I just added more conditions about my health. Anyway thanks for helping. Just o e more question if I get another clients papers and they are about a child's circumstances. Who would be responsible for that incident?.0

When you report a change it triggers a reassessment.pipinhell61159 said: ..I never applied for a different application I just added more conditions about my health. ..1 -
You are not awarded points based on conditions, you are awarded on the basis of your functional ability in relation to the PIP descriptors.pipinhell61159 said:That I understand but if you have points for conditions how then can they say you don't
