Hi, my name is shorts19! I have drop foot, DDD, prolapsed discs, and sacro arthritis

I have drop foot
Half strength in one leg power of 1 
DDD at 4 levels 
Prolapsed discs 
And sacro arthritis. 
Just wanted to join somewhere with others in same boat.
