I think it might be worth contacting your local council to see if they can advise on this, and Scope also has an information page about finding a PA for care at home, which you might find useful.

I'm not sure who you are asking for, or whether it is yourself, but is there any support in place in the meantime? On the community we have a tag for PAs and Carers, which you might like to have a look through for related conversations.
