How are you feeling now? I hope things have improved for you and that you were able to get some support from somewhere. As others have suggested; Samaritans are a good place to turn to. They listen confidentially. Give Us A Shout is another good one, they are like Samaritans and listen confidentially. I will probably have some mashed potato with mixed vegetables or baked beans with some fish, or a takeaway, although it's too early to tell at the moment

Our lunch out was delicious I had prawn cocktail then roast gammon with all the trimmings and choc sponge with toffee sauce and custard
There was 4 meats to choose from and you could have as many of them that you wanted all for £13.95.
Will definitely be going again0 -
Me and mum had a nice Sunday dinner delivery we had a nice lamb dinner then we we went to porthcawl to walk our dinner down and went to see who my mum calls the moca man and had a choclate orange drinking choclate with cream and choclate orange choclate pieces on the top had a lovely day after a realy stressful week 😊1
