    At the Pub yesterday Steak and Ale Pie, chips and Salad and another favourite dessert Blackberry and Apple Crumble and Custard.Washed down with a pint of Cider.

    How are you feeling now? I hope things have improved for you and that you were able to get some support from somewhere. As others have suggested; Samaritans are a good place to turn to. They listen confidentially. Give Us A Shout is another good one, they are like Samaritans and listen confidentially. They have a txt service; whereas Samaritans only have a phone and email service now. If you want to contact Give Us A Shout; initially txt SHOUT to 85258 and they should message you back

    I hope all are well 

    I will probably have some mashed potato with mixed vegetables or baked beans with some fish, or a takeaway, although it's too early to tell at the moment

    Our lunch out was delicious I had prawn cocktail then roast gammon with all the trimmings and choc sponge with toffee sauce and custard 

    There was 4 meats to choose from and you could have as many of them that you wanted all for £13.95.

    Will definitely be going again

    Me and mum had a nice Sunday dinner delivery we had a nice lamb dinner then we we went to porthcawl to walk our dinner down and went to see who my mum calls the moca man and had a choclate orange drinking choclate with cream and choclate orange choclate pieces on the top had a lovely day after a realy stressful week 😊
