Disabled Facilities Grant In Sheffield.

Re Disabled Facilities Grant: I went on the Sheffield Council website and couldn’t find any information about this grant. 

Anyone applied for this before. 
It is for my brother’s toilet alterations.

    I'm also wondering whether this page on Sheffield City Council's website might get you through to the right people?
