Universal credit reassessment time frame

Hi I was placed in the LCWRA group in Feb 2020 and this was for 2 years. I havent received anything via my journal or in the post to complete a new form for a reassessment? Does anyone know what happens with this? My PIP was automatically extended until Aug 2023 and I didnt know if universal credit would do the same? Plus with covid i didnt know if there would be delays with reassessments. Will i still receive my extra money until I hear? Or will it stop automatically? Thanks

    LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise and the extra money doesn't just end. The timescale you were given is nothing more than a guide. There's huge backlogs of people waiting for work capability assessments so i would think the last thing on their mind would be to send out new WCA forms.
    When the time comes for your review, you will have a message onto your journal telling you that they've referred you for a WCA, a few days later you should receive the form in the post.
    For your PIP, although it's been extended, you should still expect the review forms about 6 months before the original award date ends because the extended award is for their purpose because of the backlogs.
