Review form. They said it'd be 3 weeks until I hear back, but my next due date is 17th February

I send review form back buy recorded delivery last week I rung them up see if they got an they said yes I ask how long before I hear anything they told me 3weeks but my next due date is 17th February

You will likely wait several months for an assessment and after the assessment wait up to three months for a decision. Your existing payments will remain unchanged until such time as new decision is made.0

3 weeks to hear from them? That’s extremely optimistic. There’s huge backlogs at the moment so it could be several months before you hear anything. Most people have another assessment even for reviews so you should expect one of those.Your current award will continue until a decision is made on the review, unless the award ends before a decision is made.0

Last time I went for assessment the women told me in front of my wife she take my driving licence off me ever since then I have been frightened of them I told her I will complain to dwp but they was no help so I said I go to court an before I no it I got it back that was 3years go but they look down at me like I am nothing to them0

I'm sorry to hear about what you went through at your last assessment, nobody should be made to feel frightened because of something said to them during one of those.
