Hi everyone 😁
It has been a while since I have posted anything, I hope you are all keeping well and safe.
So, I have misplaced my daughter's yearly PIP update letter (my menopausal brain is to blame!) and I need it, we are applying for a CEA cinema card for the first time (entitled for years, but was not aware of that fact) I have the award letter from 2020 but they want a recent letter (from the last 12 months) I pretty much already know the answer but can I get another copy of the update letter from the DWP?
And does anyone know if the update letters are sent early on in the year or sent at all times during the year, depending on the client's award dates?
Answers much appreciated as always as I don't want to spend ages on the phone for a simple "No, we cannot replace"
Thank you so much 😊

Yes, you can ring them and they will send you a copy. The annual uprating letters will likely be sent around feb/March.

Oh that's really helpful @poppy123456 - thank you so much - I have two daughters eligible for a CEA card so this will save us a lot of money.
I will call them tomorrow..

Yes indeed, it's a good thing to have. My daughter's had hers since 2017 and the cinema is one of her favourite places. Saved her a fortune.
