Tips in getting a DDA lift for a person with eyesight problems

My partner is 80 years old and has eyesight problems. I’m considering getting these DDA regulations lifts to improve his living conditions because we live in a 2-storey house. Can somebody give some tips on getting this type of lift?

Hi and welcome to the community
First point would be whoever is responsible for the building to get permission , then maybe consider a care needs assessment which you can self refer on gov website
A ot will come and assess for aids and adaptions and these could possibly be funded by local authority
If they own the property and want something specific then it will have to be private funded0
