Hi I’m new here, I have been reading a lot of things on this page and haven’t found the answer to my question so I thought I’d ask it.
I Had my telephone consultation on Monday past and have not had a text from dwp to say they have received my report even though the assessor was typing it while I was telling her.

She also couldn’t understand half the things I was telling her so I’m really not hopeful but I just wonder after reading posts on here that they get sent electronically that it hasn’t gone yet?

Hi,Mostly assessment reports are returned within 24 hours after the assessment. Sometimes a report is choosen for audit, which is nothing at all for you to worry about. It's just them checking the assessment provider did their job correctly. If it's choosen for Audit it can delay the report being returned because it can't be returned until the audit is complete.1

Thank you both for your reply. I did wonder if not everyone got a text so that’s okay. I’ll just sit tight and wait to see what happens. If it’s been audited will it still be decided in the 8 week time frame or does that add extra time on do you know @poppy1234560

Timescales are 2-12 weeks. If it is in an audit this will increase the time it takes to make a decision. A decision can't be made until the report has been returned.

Now I’ve had a missed call from the assessment person that I’ve missed as they need further information. I’m beside myself and really don’t know what else they would need to know as we went over everything in the hour and a half that they done the assessment.0

They may just need additional information or to clarify something, it’s in your best interests to get back in touch and provide what they need.1

I’ve contacted them to let them know to call back hopefully won’t wait too long0

That's good @itssd let us know how you get on, you're doing a brilliant job with what can be a very stressful process, so well done.1
