in Employment & Support Allowance (ESA)
Hi my daughter is on ESA and wants to open new  bank account but is worried that when she does this and notify ESA with new account details that they will change her over to Universal Credit I don't know where she as got this information from.

    She worried that ESA will change her over to Universal Credit if she changes bank account I don't know we're she got the information from

    Changing bank details will make no difference to ESA entitlement.

    So definitely won't be changed over from ESA to the new style UC  .

    No, as has been advised here.

    Which means it's not a change of circumstances that will prompt a move to UC.
