Any one else get really tired of being treated like a child because ur disabled? I hate the way people talk to me like I’m stupid or do the overly kind fake niceness where it’s like completely patronising and offensive

Hi @Vivvi and welcome to the community, thanks for joining. I'm sure many of our members can relate to the feelings you express, myself included. Other people's lack of knowledge or ignorant attitudes can be incredibly frustrating and wearing to deal with day to day.
It's really good to vent sometimes, and you are more than welcome to share your experiences here on the forum, I hope it can be a supportive place for you. You can browse all the different topics on our categories page if you feel like joining in with discussions.
Likewise if you need a distraction, there's casual chat and games in the Coffee Lounge where you can get to know our members.
If there's anything you'd like to ask, please feel free
Alex
