Hey there, I am a third year Events Management Student and im currently collecting some data for my Dissertation. My dissertation topic is:
"An investigation into accessibility at large scale events in the UK for people with physical disabilities and long term diagnosed medical conditions"
If anybody is interested in filling out a survey i'd really appreciate this, it is also open to carers.

I THINK, IN ORDER TO MAKE THE DISSERTATION MANAGEABLE IT SOMETIMES HELPS TO NARROW ITS SCOPE.THAT SAID, IT WOULD BE GREAT IF LIFESPAN ACCESSIBILITY , (CRADLE TO GRAVE) WAS RESEARCHED . PEOPLE OF SHORT STATURE ARE OFTEN OVERLOOKED. STROLLER FRIENDLY ACCESS, HEIGHTS OF WASH BASINS, LIGHT FIXTURES, AT EVENTS THE COLOUR OF SIGNAGE, FONT SIZE USED FOR PROGRAMMES. "HOW LONG IS A PIECE OF STRING". GOOD LUCK!!!1

Hey, I do know this however I was told to narrow the scope of research when presenting to the ethics board. This is for my undergraduate degree, however I am interested in looking into this topic a bit further once i have completed my studies, and broadining out the scope. Thank you for your feedbackUsername_removed said:Regardless of whether you do go further with this on here I’d urge you to reconsider the title. Accessibility needs are not confined to either those with a physical disability or a diagnosed condition.

Thank you, this is some good advice and definatly something I could include in my conclusion on what i'd do differently and what I would inlcude next time. If im able to continue my research and expand after my studies Cradle to Grave would be something I could look into.APHRODITESHEART said:I THINK, IN ORDER TO MAKE THE DISSERTATION MANAGEABLE IT SOMETIMES HELPS TO NARROW ITS SCOPE.THAT SAID, IT WOULD BE GREAT IF LIFESPAN ACCESSIBILITY , (CRADLE TO GRAVE) WAS RESEARCHED .
