PIP Tribunal. Has anyone been to a tribunal with 2 points and been successful?

Received my MR decision letter today and I scored 2 points, After going through the assessors report and MR report all day, I've finally lodged for a Tribunal it taken me a good few hours and a lot of reading to get it done, Just wondering if anyone else on here's gone to a tribunal with 2 points and been successful? Not quite sure how many Tribunals are successful. Thank you.

    People go to to tribunal with zero points and are successful.
    About 67% of PIP claimants succeed at tribunal.

    About 14% of appellants have their decision revised by DWP prior to getting to the tribunal.

    Thank you, I have lodged an appeal to the tribunal, The DWP have until the 1st April to respond, in the meantime I'll gather evidence to send and take with me.

    You should submit paper evidence in advance, do not take it to the tribunal. You cannot expect the tribunal to review new paper evidence at the tribunal itself. Time at the tribunal wants to be spent with them gathering verbal evidence from you. Their verbal questioning will be based other review of the paperwork which will have allowed them to identify the areas they need to focus on.

    Thank you, I will get photocopy's of my Autism Assessment and GP reports and send them before I attend.

    If you already sent them then there's no need to send them again. They will receive a copy of everything you sent.

    I hope you are doing well, and how is your case going? 

    I was looking at your previous comments and as you can see many tribunals are successful. 

    When I sent the PIP report and had the assessment I was awarded 0 points. I then did a Mandatory Reconsideration and I was awarded points but I was 1 point off from being awarded PIP. 

    I obviously appealed this to the tribunal as I disagree with certain comments and it seems like certain activities have just been completely overlooked. 

    I am not sure they understand Autism, even though I clearly explained them to how that affects on certain activities yet it was not mentioned.

    I lodged the appeal, I'm just waiting for a response from DWP they have until the 1st April, My mother has also sent a 4 page letter for the Tribunal to read, I'm not too hopeful, After receiving 2 points after a MR, I've also read DWP can change the decision before it goes to Tribunal, I'm hoping this is the case, If not I'll be attending, As everything I've said on my PIP Form is the absolute truth.
