I am finding it hard to understand how this all works. It's all trial and error.

It is most frustrating. I have phisical disabilities and my mental health is not so good.

I have PTSD. Anxiety. Deppresion, panic attacks. I was last at the hospital on the 9 feb 22. A date was stet for a date for a debate with four consultent.

 28 feb 22

Witch was yesterday. It went well, plan of action is to do an othroscopys on my right knee, then a full knee replacment. My left knee was replaced 17 years ago. 05.

My surgerys was to take place more then two years ago.

C/19 put a stop to that, I was booked for pre ipp for june 19. 21. But I broke my Humerus on the 6th june 21..again surgery was cancelled.

I have a steel plate in my right forearm due to a fall...

My pain is severe lower spine. SCIATICA and the most terrible pain in my right knee.

I do feel like I am LOSINGt the battle...holding onto my sanity has been an effort.

Morning @imc1 welcome to the group.
If it's navigating around the site - just take your time and have a good look around. You could start with recent discussions and categories.

You have been through such a lot and the waiting game caused by this bluming virus as caused a lot of stress,
The community will wake up soon, people pop in and out of chats all day, i am sure some of the others will see you today.

    Hi @imc1

Welcome to Scope's forum. It is great to see you have joined us. Please could you tell us more about what you are experiencing difficulties with understanding if you feel comfortable with this? Hopefully, we will be able to help. As @SueHeath showed, I think we are a supportive and friendly community and I hope you will find the same.

I am sorry to hear you are struggling with your mental and physical health. Things sound tough for you at the moment. Have you got the support in place for those or would you like support with accessing more support? I am really glad to hear yesterday went well for you. How are you feeling about the othroscopys at the moment?

Keep holding on but also know it is ok not to be okay. We are here for you and at the very least will always listen to you so you never have to be alone in this or anything else if you don't want to be! One of my favourite quotes is "the sunshine is always there, it is just hidden behind the clouds sometimes". I hope your sunshine comes out again soon

    Hello there @Inc1

Thanks for making this post and speaking so honestly about what you are going through.

Sorry to hear of the stress all this is causing you, it can be frustrating when you have to wait time for support and answers but hopefully you get there soon. It's important to keep as patient as possible and do whatever is required to take care of yourself and relax.

Do you have any support in place to manage your mental health? Is your GP aware of how it impacts you? It does seem as though it is a particularly prominent challenge for you at the minute, always remember that the community will always be here to support you if ever want to talk.
