Feeling so down and can't sleep because all that's going on with my life, it's been hard couple off weeks accepting I'm going to have to go back to the wheelchair again , as my legs can no longer carry my weight due to the severe arthritis I've got in my hip knees , I have fibromyalgia nerve damage and seizures, it's just all adding up I've had falls and four seizures , witch is not good I have my new wheelchair coming and my new gutter frame, I just feel totally useless at the minute, and I keep thinking if I weren't here I wouldn't have the pain and being a burden

Morning @Ashvinney I want to reassure you that you are certainly not a burden to anyone. I'm sorry to hear you've been having a tough time lately, especially with those falls, it's natural to feel overwhelmed by it all.
We're here to support you and you're not alone. It's positive to hear that your new chair and gutter frame are on their way. These will really help your independence, and should help stop the falls from happening. Try not to view them as a backwards step, more like tools that will help you go about your day to day more easily.
Have you managed to speak to your GP or care team about the seizures you've been having at all?
If you're having a difficult time with your mental health, please know that there is support out there. Mind have some really helpful advice about how to help yourself when you feel like you don't want to be here.
If you ever feel like you're in any danger, you must call 999 or get to your local hospital right away.
I'm also going to be sending an email from community@scope.org.uk to help support you, so keep an eye out for it.
If you feel we can help with anything, please do ask
