Morning everyone just to let you know that my whole family 👪  apart from 1 child upto now has been struck down with the norovirus bug so as you can imagine my washing machine is not going to be off today with all the washing I need to do I hope you are all well

    Thank you @Teddybear12 I'm so tired but things need done in house and I need to look after the school I now need to ring all children's schools which I have done for past half hour but nobody has picked up I keep vomiting going dizzy 😵  I had panic attack earlier Takecare

    I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well and had a panic attack earlier @Nicetomeetyou22 do you use any regular coping strategies when you feel anxious?

    The mental health charity Mind has some really helpful information on helping yourself to manage panic attacks.

    It's very important you look after yourself as well, do you have anyone close by, or a friend or family member to call on for any help if you need it?

    Morning @Nicetomeetyou22 I'm not suprised you've all got it are you.
    No rest for us Moms darling but please as your not well yourself do not worry about how clean or tidy your house is, just consentrate on resting yourself when you can darling. Hope your all better in a few days time.

    @Alex_Scope no I don't have a mam or dad etc as I got brought up in fostercare both my so called parents are dead my sister died and so did 2 of my brothers I don't have any friends either where I live I do have my partner and kids they are enough for me @SueHeath i have been doing housework this morning hoovering putting washer on etc I have also sorted the children they are all chilling watching TV with there duvets I have just rung docs for my monthly meds as they are over due silly me @janer1967 yep duvet day for us but first I have a multi agency meeting over teams as I'm fighting to get my youngest son a EHCP so he can attend special needs school

    @Nicetomeetyou22 okay, thanks for explaining for me. Remember to pace yourself today, and if your partner isn't poorly then they can help out too hopefully :)

    @Alex_Scope my partner is poorly aswell @janer1967 the meeting went really well my son has been given a EHCP so next step is going to look at some special education needs school I do have 1 in mind it's the 1 that 2 of my boys go to already but possibly have to fight to get him a place but I don't mind doing that

    Glad it went well and you can move forward with his education now and get the place he deserves 

    Just a shame you yave a battle to get what they need

    @janer1967i totally agree with you this is the 3rd time I have done this fight and I won't stop or give in till I have what my son needs 💙  I only want what's best for him the council will see my name as mum listed on my sons paper work they be thinking oh no not her again 👍  haha 😄
