I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY RIDC TO SEE IF I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN SOME PAID RESEARCH E.G. TELEPHONE SURVEYS OR POSSIBLE FACE TO FACE SURVEYS. HOW WOULD THIS AFFECT MY BENEFIT AS THEIR ARE NO DEFINITE HOURS, HOWEVER I CAN REFUSE ANY OF THE SURVEYS, SO I DO NOT HAVE TO WORK MORE THAN 16 HOURS ALTHOUGH I WOULD BE LOOKING TO DO MUCH LESS THAN 16 HOURS.
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS WOULD BE OK TO DO WITHOUT LOSING MY BENEFIT.

Hi,It is very difficult to read your question here because you've used capital letters and it can be classed as shouting in text speak. For permitted work you must make sure you work less than 16 hours per week and earn no more than £143 per week. (£152 from April 2022)You must tell DWP that you're working and you'll need to fill out a PW1 form. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/employment-and-support-allowance-permitted-work-form/permitted-work-factsheet

hi thank you for that information. I am sorry I did not realise about capital letters it is just easier with arthritic fingers to type that way.0
