in Start here and say hello!
Ive just been awarded limited capability but my assesment has been going on and been cancelled over covid will i get back pay

    Hi,
    You will only receive extra money each month if you were found to have Limited Capability for work Related Activity. (LCWRA) If it was this the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition.
    If the decision was Limited Capability for work (LCW) there's no extra money each month.
    The decision letter on your journal will tell you what that decision is. Can you have a look and come back to tell us.
