Preliminary hearing employment tribunal

Hi 
I wonder if anyone can help me ?
I am a week away from my preliminary hearing for an employment tribunal we spoke to our solicitor ( from a charity) she is not representative just helping us. We went through everything to make sure we were on track.
Today I have received an email from the court asking for the bundle of papers. 
We were under the assumption that this wasn't needed at the preliminary hearing .
I thought that the bundle was discussed at the preliminary hearing and the judge ordered who had to produce the bundle and when it was to be done by.
I am now panicking that the bundle is not done.
Please help
