My partner moved in with me, and I now get less money. I'm in arrears and behind on bills

My partner moved in with me I was getting esa and pip so is my partner but now they have said I’m only in titled to 98 every two wks and my partner gets 190 for two wks I get high rate pip both mobility and care he gets high care and no mobility so being truthful and honest gets me no where all it’s don’t is put me in arrears and be hind on all my bills I can’t sleep
