MR for pip

Hi I have now received a letter from the DWP saying I have not been awarded anything. I have also received my assessment in which I scored no points.
I intend to go for MR as I feel justified in doing so, also the assessment clearly states difficulty in certain areas but awards no points.
Is there anything specific I should include in the MR letter?
Thank you

You shouldn't focus too much on the report because this will not get you a PIP award. If you haven't already then you should add a couple of real world incidents of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for at least half an A4 page for each descriptor.

You should describe how you need aid, assistance or suspension to be able to do the activities reliably. If you still cannot do it reliably, then say so and why.
