i had a birthday recently and was given one or two presents including a pair of Bluetooth headphones which I think are absolutely great. Far better than corded ones and have a range of about forty feet or so, amazing.
Just for fun I was wondering what others would consider their best present ever?

hi i've come back to the forum after a while away! I might have to invest in the Bluetooth Headphones as I've always preferred the corded ones apart from when they pop out of my ears and get caught in my brakes! My best present ever was my cat Olivia who I got just before lockdown and she's snoring beside me at the moment
I have a dog called molly who is a lovely companion too

That’s great @Elizaje1990, cats and dogs are lovely companions aren’t they. I’d like a dog but my situation is such that I cant really have one.0

My sister got me a belated birthday present once. It was a ticket for Lady Gaga’s ArtRave: The Artpop Ball back in 2014. I sat outside in the cold (and a little bit of rain) all day. I was three or four rows back from the front of the stage.
I remember holding a pencil sketch above the crowd and then giving up because of muscle weakness.
During the concert, Lady Gaga held eye contact with me for what felt like an eternity. I still don’t know if she was looking directly at me. When I stopped looking, because a dancer came in from the left, then she did too.
It was a good memory and birthday gift.1 -
@leeCal That's a shame. If your situation changes in the future, i'd recommend the dogs trust which is where i got molly or the rspca where i got my other dog felix

Apart from being blessed with my own lads, next to that is the birth of my grandchildren.
We may not be lucky in money but we are lucky and blessed with love x2 -
My best present ever was a message from my grandson. Reconnecting with my side of the family after 8 years, beside myself with happiness at his return to my life life.2
