Moving to a caravan site. Would I be able to get ESA and PIP paid to me while living there?

Hey guys asking for help before I do my last option.
I'm currently based in West midlands and my only family I have is my mum who lives in Somerset. I've been on the council trying to move that way for nearly 3 years now but with no luck. My disability is only getting worse and need to be close to my mum for some help. I can't get any private rented so I'm considering moving into a static caravan that's open 50 weeks of the year and staying with my mum for 2 weeks of the year. I've considered the costs of everything and just think my health will just benefit a lot from moving closer to my mum so it's my last option. I will be able to have Mail there but I'm worried if I will still be able to get my ESA and PIP paid to me while living there?
Thanks guys!

Living in a caravan will make no difference to your PIP and ESA and both will continue to be paid.
