Hi, can anyone help please?
I received forms from pip to update of any changes, which I completed and sent back.
They were received the end of October but I have not heard of anything since?

There's backlogs in a lot of areas and lots of people are waiting several months and more. You should expect an assessment because most people have them even for a review. Once an appointment becomes available you will be contacted.
