Lcwra effect Council tax reduction?

Hello,My partner has just been assessed to have Lcwra on UC Will this effect our slight council tax reduction?as its more income,Many thanks

    Every local authority can make their own rules so it's impossible to answer.

    Hello. Council tax reductions vary depending on the council who represent you. I was awarded LCWRA 4 weeks ago and have been told my current reduction will change. I have asked for another assessment in light of the fact that I receive LCWRA, and I am waiting to hear what I will have to pay. My concern is that they will give no reduction or significantly less than before. Is anyone else in the same boat? Has anyone had experience of a significant reduction of help because they were awarded LCWRA?
