PIP department called my representative regarding my PIP appeal application. They told my representative they are happy to reward my lower mobility component. I don’t take this reward.
I am waiting for my tribunal hearing date and still waiting for my hearing bundle. instead they send me bundle
Today they send me another letter and told me we now have the information we need to decide if we can award personal independence payment (PIP). There are no need to contact us. We will write to you when we have made a decision on your PIP claim.
How long do i need to wait do you know. what will be happened now. Thanks0 -
That makes no sense at this stage.Bhuyan said:Today they send me another letter and told me we now have the information we need to decide if we can award personal independence payment (PIP). There are no need to contact us. We will write to you when we have made a decision on your PIP claim.0 -
Why the send me this letter at this stages. I am waiting for bundle from PIP department. when should i get my bundle from PIP department.0

I don't think anyone here can tell you when exactly you will receive the bundle. What you should be doing is speaking to your rep regarding all the questions because they will know everything about your case. No one here knows that.
