PIP Payment Date

Hi everyone, first time posting here so apologies if I’ve done it wrong. I applied for pip on January 5th and received a letter today stating my claim was accepted and my back dated payment went in yesterday. The letter doesn’t mention though when I get my normal payment? Is it 4 weeks from the 5th January and I just work it out from there or 4 weeks from the 22nd April? Once again sorry if this is a really dumb question it just doesn’t explain it anywhere on my letter.
Thanks in advance 😁

It will depend on when exactly the cut off date was for your backdated money. If you have another look at the decision letter it does tell you what date the money you received yesterday was paid up until. It will also tell you what day you'll receive it and you'll also be paid on the same day, every 4 weeks. For example mine is a Wednesday, my daughters is a Tuesday.0

Possibly there's a separate payment letter still to come.0

In which case I would expect your next payment to be on 11th May (4 weeks from 13th April).RobC88 said:Thanks for the replies! I’ve checked it again and my backdated payment was from 5th January to 13th April0
