Hi everyone 
So I sent my form back on the 25th of April and I sent it first class and signed for, I then checked and they had received it the following day
Are you supposed to get a message to say they have received it or is that it?

    Sometimes you do but not always but it hasn’t actually been received by a DWP yet. All the signed for means is that is has been received at the sorting office acting for a DWP. It now has to be scanned and uploaded onto the DWP computer system. DWP will not know it has arrived until this is done. That can take several days.

    Signed for delivery doesn't mean it's been signed for by someone from DWP. It will have been signed for by someone from Royal Mail sorting office, along with thousands of other post. It will mean it's somewhere in the Royal Mail sorting office and not with DWP. A complete waste of money sending anything this way to DWP. All you need a is proof of posting, which is free from any post office.
    It's not classed as arriving until it's been added to the system and this can often take a few weeks.They also don't always send a text to say they received it.
