Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum,
I was recently awarded pip on a standard rate due to my bowel cancer, I was hoping someone can throw some light on
the requirements of the dwp with regards to going on holiday, I understand you need to let them know if your leaving country for more than 4 weeks so does this mean that you can have as many 3 week holidays as want ?
Is there a certain amount of days you need to be in the UK?,
What is the maximum amount of time your allowed out of the country before they suspended your payments,
I appreciate your help 🙏
Tony.

For PIP it's up to 13 weeks at any one time. Up to 26 weeks if it's for medical treatment. Other benefits will be different. https://www.gov.uk/claim-benefits-abroad/disability-benefits

Thank you poppy for getting back to me, so as long as all your time away from the UK
doesn't exceed 13 weeks everything is OK?
