Hi everyone I filled my pip form but feel I didn’t explain myself very well on each question it’s for a change should I send them a letter in from my son who sees me every day and should I send in any pictures?

    Pictures are not needed. You can send extra evidence such as a letter from your son if you want you.

    When you filled out the form if you didn't give a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each activity that applies to you, then you can do this and send it.
    Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.

    If you haven't yet returned the form then send everything together. If you've returned the form then put the extra evidence together in one envelope.

    Hi I will be sending this next week but I stuck the envelope down I could see if I could try and open it

    You can just open the envelope and use another one, just write the address on the front. Make sure you put your name and NI on everything you send and send copies only, so you have a copy for yourself.

    Hi I will do yes poppy was very helpful and I am going to open the envelope today and explain in more detail and give a example and explain why I can’t do certain things I will let u know but I’m sure it will be some time before I hear thank you.

    Hi everyone I was just after some advice I sent my pip change of circumstances form off yesterday but today I got a letter from my council to say I was approved for a disabled bus pass I had to do a assessment should I send this letter as evidence or leave it and see what the pip outcome is first .

    I can't see how a disabled bus pass could be used as evidence because it doesn't really tell them anything about how your conditions affect you.

    No ok I just thought because I had a assessment with them they might take this into consideration.

    no maybe not but citizens advice said it might help with the case so will take a chance.
