I know you said you're not going to challenge the decision but if you continue to reapply like this (even if it was 5 years ago you last applied) using the same evidence you previously used then you will likely continue to be refused.
I'd advise you to get some expert advice to check that you can score enough points needed for an award. If it's possible and you decide to challenge the decision, even if it's outside the 1 month. With good reason you have 13 months to request the MR and Tribunal.

@samik5, I'm sorry for the out come that you got, but don't give up, I got zero points, got same at MR, but I took it to tribunal and won,try and have the strength to keep fighting, and get some help like citizens advice, that is what I did.

Letters/reports from GPs aren't the best evidence to send anyway because they very rarely know exactly how your conditions affect you.

Hi @samik51 thanks for taking the time to update us, and I'm really sorry to hear it wasn't the result you were hoping for.

It can understand that sometimes it might feel like more hassle than it's worth, but even getting in touch with a professional adviser to see if you'd have a good chance of turning the decision around, with their support, might be worth a try.

The best places to search would be AdviceLocal, and Turn2Us, which also has a 'Find an Adviser' tool.

You can also get in touch with Scope Helpline to talk about everything, and if you want someone to just listen, you can always call Samaritans on 116 123. Sometimes it can be really helpful to talk about how we're feeling, especially after disappointing news.

No one will judge you for having a moan :) And I'm sure you're not alone in feeling this way. If you feel there's anything further we can do to help, then please ask.

It's totally up to you, but not having seen Drs for 2 years would not necessarily go against you. When I applied for PIP, I hadn't seen a specialist for over 10 years. PIP is about the problems you face with certain activities, & reports from specialists (unless they happen to be relevant) are unnecessary.
Do look into the links provided above. Yes, unfortunately MR results mainly remain the same, but the success rate of then going to a Tribunal may be different.
