Exactly.  As I said. Descriptor 1 (e) unable to undertake any journey because it would cause overwhelming psychological distress.  If you cannot go out because you are so severely anxious about how to find and access a toilet urgently due to your medical conditions to the extent that this prevents you from going out for the majority of the time this would be relevant to this descriptor. I'm not talking about people just needing the toilet when they're out and about.

hi hi I have had my PIP assessment recently. Received a txt from DWP saying they have received my assessment. Do you receive a copy of points scored before your decision ?

@Vonny58 you can request a copy of the report by contacting pip however it can cause additional stress if it's not what you were expecting

The report isnt the decision it is only a recommendation and the decision maker looks at the report as well as everything you have sent to make a decision

No, they don’t automatically send a copy of the assessment report. If you want you can ring PIP and ask them to send it. However, it’s not always the best idea to do this because it often causes more anxiety than you need. Even more so if it’s not what you expected to read.
Points are not added in the report because it’s a recommendation only. Only a decision maker from DWP can score you points.

What i did is requested it from pip and they tick the boxes on the report you just compare that to the point system online and get a idea of how many points you have
