hi all
i had my CAdvice consultation about the MR
they advised me to highlight things I do not agree with and say it was a over phone interview so they could not see me distressed etc
i have read some threads where it suggests not to highlight where the assessor did not complete this that and the other or what i do not agree with
can someone advice whether I should go ahead and write what I do agree with
?
also he explained it will most likely go to tribunal which I am expecting anyway and he said to write in there I will go to Tribunal if the decision remains the same?

There's no harm in highlighting some areas in the report that are clearly not correct. However, you shouldn't focus too much on this because that won't get you a PIP award.asg23 said:

I don't think there's any need for you do that. What you should focus on is where any why you think you should have scored those points. Include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each activity that applies.1 -

Thank you that is what I have been doing with support from friend and as advised by the forum I will stick to this
thank you once again0 -
Also do i just send the examples
and do i need to complete the MR from the gov website and send that too?0 -
You don't need to complete the form, you can just write the letter and include those real world incidents.Make sure you include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for at least half an A4 side of paper per descriptor that applies.0
