I got a letter from the dwp today good news

Hi every one I was expected to have a assessment coming up but today I got a letter from pip saying my pip has stayed the same as this happened to any one before I’m guessing they did it as a paper based assessment,

    That's great news. Yes, paper based assessments are rare but they can happen. Now you can at least relax a little knowing your PIP review has been completed.

    My husband has been on PIP for just over 4 years, previously DLA for approximately 18 years.
    We twice had to go to tribunal with DLA but the first PIP was granted after a physical face to face assessment.

    The renewal questionnaire came last October approximately.  He was given the same level again but for 10 years on a paper assessment. That will take him into his early seventies so it's a big relief. 

    Paper assessments do happen but not very often.

    Hi every one yes it’s a huge weight off my mind and it’s great that it was paper based I don’t have to go threw the stress of a assessment.
