Advised by Assessment services forgot to press the send button on my report?

My telephone assessment was 22 days ago and I spoke to a nice lady at assessment services and she said I am sorry I don't have an explanation why your report hasn't been sent its just sitting in limbo and seems someone forget to hit the send button to send it to DWP. She said she would email the team responsible to get it sent and this morning I've had a text from the DWP to say that have my report. I am so relieved.
