LCWRA Payments and Backpay

Hi all, could someone please help me. I’ve left countless messages on my journal and spoke to a very rude man on the helpline (he told me ‘well you’ve survived this long on your money, waiting shouldn’t be a problem!) all I wanted to know was a) am I due any backpay (my car is broke and fridge freezer on way out, so do I get loan or wait for money that maybe owed) and b) when will the LCWRA payments start coming through.
Handed sicknote in on 2/12/21.
My pay date is the 4th of each month and this is based on what I’ve ‘earned’ between 28-29 of each month.
Had letter confirming I’m now on LCWRA on 13th May 2022 which also stated a message would be left in my journal within 7working days (I’ve had no message).
Could someone please help me out. I’m new to all this, so any help would be gratefully appreciated. I’ve read other people’s post about LCWRA but as my dates are different I’m struggling to work it out.
Thanks in advance for any/all help.

There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is then paid from the 4th month of your claim.Your waiting period will be as follows. Dec/Jan, Jan/Feb, Feb/March. First payment will be April.Edited as got the waiting period incorrect (it's early)1

If you first declared your health condition on 2/12/21 that is in your Nov to Dec Assessment period, The LCWRA element would be payable with the April payment.
If you declared the health condition within the 7 days prior to submitting the Fit Note the answer may be different.1 -
Thank you so much for your help, it’s been driving me insane! I’ve not received my LWCRA in my June payment (received today, due to bank holidays) so I’m presuming this will start in July. Is backpay only paid with your UC payments, so the 4th of the month or can this be paid at anytime? Thanks in advance

The LCWRA element should have been added to this months payment. Money owed is always paid separately and it can often take a few weeks to pay this.Leave a message onto your journal telling them the date you reported your health condition and the 3 month waiting period starts from this date. Tell them you didn't have the extra money this month also. Based on your information here your first payment should be from April.1

Thank you so much for your help, I feel like I can breathe now. I’ve been putting messages on my journal daily (since the 13th May) and I’ve had no response. I will try again today.0

What date do you usually receive your UC each month? The LCWRA element will increase your maximum UC and will be paid on the same date as your UC is always paid. LCWRA is part of UC and one of many other elements.0

Providing you sent fit notes for the whole time without any gaps then your waiting period will be May/June, June/July, July/Aug.. LCWRA starts from AP Aug 9th to Sept 8th and first payment should have been Sept 15th.This is assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim. When was the decision made? It's not unsual for it to take quite a few weeks, sometimes longer for them to pay what is owed.0

I would have expected the LCWRA element to have been added to your next statement after the decision was made, unless the decision was made quite close to when you usually receive your statement. When you put a message on your journal did you put it under the payment section?0
