I'm actually in the receipt of pip and the free car tax etc i have been awarded is now been lost in transit and a am just trying to get a chance to receive my free car tax paperwork i received and my award for pip letter and a change of circumstances and bank details

    Hi,
    For the free car tax you need Enhanced mobility PIP award. If you were awarded this you can do everything at any post office. You just need to take all of your paper work with you when you go. You'll also need to take your entitlement certificate, which you should have received in with your PIP award letter. https://www.disabledmotoring.org/motoring/road-tax-exemption
