Things that just appear

Another pointless topic but thought it might be fun…
It occurred to me today while it was raining that neither I nor anyone in my family that I know of has ever purchased an umbrella, yet we have about half a dozen of them. They seem to just appear from somewhere.
Wondering if people can think of any other items that have always just been there and you don’t ever remember purposefully going out to acquire?
I don’t think it’s just an inheritance thing either as another one I can think of is computer keyboards. I have never purchased one but always seem to have one. If I break one or need another one, there always seems to be one somewhere in the house. This is something too modern to have inherited from deceased family members.

Biro pens. I can only think of about 2 times I've bought them, and yet always seem to have an abundance (other than at the times I need one the most, of course...).

Bookmarks, too. I don't recall ever having bought a bookmark, other than perhaps a couple as a souvenir as a child, and yet I feel as though I'm drowning in them
Okay, maybe that's an exaggeration, but I don't need as many as I have! 0 -

I’ve noticed two things appear regularly over the years. One is scrunchies on the pavement and the other is hair clips. I see them everywhere I go!
If I only had a pound for every one I’ve spotted I’d be quite well off. 💰0 -
Odd socks go in the.wash as a pair come.out with one missing then just as you have cleared out the odd socks the other one appears1
