Pip mandatory reconsideration notice

Hi everyone,
 
This is my first post so not to sure if I've posted on the right subject or titled it right, I'm sorry in advanced if I have.


I done a mrn on the 6th May this year as I was awarded 0 points on my pip claim so I started my mrn, today I phoned up to see they had received all my paperwork and things and I was told my mrn still came to the same conclusion. My next step would be an appeal which I don't know if I should do or not, or whether it's worth me starting from the beginning and doing a new claim my conditions are as follows,
Pusedo papallidema which is swelling of the optic nerves I have to under go lumbar punchers for this to reduce the swelling due to my brain making to much water. I'm under a rare disease clinic for this condition.
Chronic migraines with aura and nausea this leaves me not able to do anything but stay in bed as I can't see or get out of bed also I get dizziness.
I have a group of neurologists for this condition.
High blood pressure with hypertension its not under control yet with my medication I'm under the hypertension clinic for this condition.


I've got a few new problems since I first started the pip claim which aren't on there so I'm not sure what to do. Do I appeal my orignal claim or start a new one as speaking to someone from the appeal place when I asked then how long it would rake from start to finish they said about 20wks depending on the benefit and location so I'm really unsure what to do any advice is much appreciated

    Starting a new claim using the same evidence you previously used will likely see another refusal. PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. What matters is how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities. It's not possible to tell you whether you would score enough points for an award because we don't know exactly how your conditions affect you.

    Tribunal waiting times are between 11-16 weeks.
    Any worsening of condition since the assessment took place will not be taken into consideration.

    Thank you poppy 123456, that's what I was thinking I'm just waiting on my letter then I'm going to start my appeal they said I should get it by the end of this week
